Ingredients:
- 200g butter
- ½ cup icing sugar
- ½ cup custard powder
- 1½ cups plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch salt
Instructions:
- Melt butter in a saucepan large enough to mix all the ingredients. Remove from heat.
- Add icing sugar and mix to combine.
- Sift custard powder, flour, baking powder and salt into the saucepan.
- Mix well to combine. Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls and place on lightly greased oven trays.
- Flatten with a fork. Bake at 190°C (or 170° fan forced) for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
