Ingredients:
- 2 cups icing sugar mixture
- 10ml grated lemon rind
- 5ml butter
- about 30ml lemon juice
Instructions:
- Sift icing sugar into a bowl. Stir in lemon rind and butter.
- Add sufficient lemon juice to mix to a smooth spreadable icing.
