Our usual business hours are 6:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday, but we can also deliver and collect equipment outside these hours for an additional cost by prior arrangement. We also have an after hours emergency service available should you happen to require us at any time of the day or night.

Event Rentals were great! They delivered my hire equipment when I needed it on time. The table and chairs I hired were good quality and looked almost new. The hot box and BBQ were perfectly clean stainless steel and came wrapped in plastic on delivery. Payment was done easily by credit card over the phone. What more can I say. The staff were polite and willing to put the catering hire equipment where I needed it. The price was slightly more than I had been quoted elsewhere but the quality far outweigh the additional cost. I will be using Event Rentals to hire gear for my next party in Brisbane.
